II Encuentro con la Comunidad Portuaria: Fondo de Innovación abierta para el ecosistema logístico – portuario “Fondo Puertos 4.0”

Con motivo de la apertura de los fondos de la Aceleradora Corporativa Fondo Puertos 4.0, la aceleradora empresarial que Puertos del Estado ha puesto en marcha, se celebrará el II Encuentro con la Comunidad Portuaria el próximo jueves 18 de julio a las 10.00 en el Edificio de Sesiones de la Autoridad Portuaria de Vigo (Muelle de Trasatlánticos).

Con estos fondos se pretende promover la innovación como elemento de competitividad en el sector logístico portuario con el fin de facilitar la transición del sector a la economía 4.0, identificando y promoviendo ideas de negocio y desarrollando empresas viables.

El objetivo de estos encuentros es el de presentar las características de los fondos y su funcionamiento. Durante este segundo encuentro, además, se dará la posibilidad de que empresas e interesados puedan contrastar sus ideas, dudas o comentarios con las entidades coordinadoras de los fondos. Por este motivo, se anima a empresas y startups gallegas a adelantar ideas y proyectos de cara al encuentro, que contribuyan a mejorar nuestra competitividad, gracias a la incorporación tanto de soluciones tecnológicas de última generación como del impulso innovador.

The pre-incubator will last for 6 months from the selection and publication of the winners.

• The President of the Port Authority of Vigo, Carlos Botana, and the Rector of the University of Vigo, Manuel Joaquín Reigosa, have signed a collaboration agreement laying the groundwork for the joint realization of the 3rd edition of the Scientists Meet Artists program. • The agreement between both entities aims to make this initiative more appealing to the people of Vigo, increasing its impact and visibility while enhancing interaction between the port and the city. • The building of the Real Club Náutico de Vigo has become the canvas on which artist Delio Rodríguez has created a mural of urban art focusing on ocean observation. The goal is to visualize and disseminate aspects related to the marine world.
