Las últimas modificaciones del marco jurídico de las relaciones laborales en el sector de la estiba portuaria y su relación con la formación

La Autoridad Portuaria de Vigo, en el marco del Plan Blue Growth, inició en noviembre el proyecto “Promoción de la mejora de las competencias profesionales, ligadas el ámbito marítimo-pesquero”, financiado por la Fundación Biodiversidad y cofinanciado por el Fondo Social Europeo.

Este 30 de Julio se realizará una jornada de asesoramiento GRATUITO dirigida a trabajadores del entorno portuario  acerca de "LAS ÚLTIMAS MODIFICACIONES DEL MARCO JURÍDICO DE LAS RELACIONES LABORALES EN EL SECTOR DE LA ESTIBA PORTUARIA Y SU RELACIÓN CON LA FORMACIÓN".

En esta jornada de una hora de duración, organizada por la Autoridad Portuaria de Vigo con la colaboración de la Fundación Centro de innovación de estudios jurídicos marítimos y pesqueros (MarInnLeg), el profesor Jaime Cabeza Pereiro de la Universidad de Vigo, impartirá una sesión en la que se explicará el actual marco legislativo del sector de la estiba portuaria y las últimas novedades, que afectarán a las relaciones laborales de este sector.

 Los principales temas a tratar serán:

•   Se analizará la Sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea de 11 de diciembre de 2014 y las modificaciones realizadas en el marco normativo español.

•  Se explicarán los contenidos del Real Decreto-ley 8/2017, de 12 de mayo

•  Se abordará el borrador proyecto de Real Decreto de 2018

•  Se trasladará información sobre la elaboración de un nuevo acuerdo sectorial.

Esta jornada de asesoramiento es totalmente gratuita y se impartirá en el Edificio de Sesiones de la Autoridad Portuaria, Muelle de transatlántico el lunes 30 de julio a las 12:00 h.
