Presentation of the Corporate Accelerator Port 4.0 Funds in the Port of Vigo

Puertos del Estado ha puesto en marcha una aceleradora empresarial a nivel nacional, el fondo Puertos 4.0: se trata de un fondo de compensación interportuario dirigido a promover la innovación como elemento de competitividad en el sector logístico-portuario español tanto público como privado y facilitar la transición del sector a la economía 4.0. Este fondo fue creado en marzo de 2018 y está dotado con 20 millones de euros que aportarán los puertos españoles mediante una contribución equivalente al 1% de su Cash Flow recurrente durante los próximos cuatro años. 

Esta iniciativa, gestionada a través de Puertos del Estado y las Autoridades Portuarias, pivota sobre cuatro ejes principales: Eficiencia logística, Digitalización de procesos y plataformas inteligentes, Sostenibilidad ambiental y energía y Seguridad y protección. Se pretende así identificar y promover ideas de negocio y desarrollar empresas viables y rentables en cada uno de estos ejes promoviendo además la colaboración pública y privada. Asimismo, se busca poner al servicio de la comunidad portuaria productos, servicios y procesos innovadores, impulsando el desarrollo de prototipos, pilotos y la aplicación práctica de estrategias de innovación en la economía 4.0.

El próximo martes 30 de abril a las 11:30 se realizará la presentación de la Aceleradora Corporativa Fondos Puerto 4.0 en el Edificio de Sesiones de la Autoridad Portuaria de Vigo con el fin de mostrar en detalle sus objetivos y funcionamiento, incluyendo la dotación financiera disponible para ella.
